Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services and subscriptions provided by INTELLO Solutions SPC LLC.


1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for subscriptions, services, or software access are non-refundable.

Once a payment is completed, it cannot be refunded partially or fully.


2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However:

• Cancellation will only stop future billing cycles.
• The current billing period will remain active until its expiration.
• No refunds will be issued for unused time.


3. Payment Disputes

If a user believes a payment was processed incorrectly, they must contact the company within 7 days of the transaction.

The company will review the request and respond accordingly.


4. Service Suspension

If a subscription payment fails or is disputed through a payment provider, INTELLO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services.


5. Policy Updates

INTELLO reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the company website.
