• WhatsApp Business API solutions
• AI chatbots and automation tools
• Website and mobile application development
• Marketing and digital consultancy services
• Cloud hosting and IT infrastructure solutions
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
5. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.
Users agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify the company immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under their account
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscription and Payments

• Violating WhatsApp Business or third-party platform policies
Violation of these rules may lead to immediate suspension of services.

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content provided by INTELLO remain the intellectual property of INTELLO Solutions SPC LLC.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the services strictly for lawful business purposes.
Users may not copy, resell, distribute, or modify the software without written permission.
9. Data and Privacy
INTELLO respects user privacy and processes personal data according to the Privacy Policy.
Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to collect and process any data they upload to the system.
10. Third-Party Services
Some services may integrate with third-party platforms such as:
• WhatsApp Business API
• Payment gateways
• Cloud hosting providers
• External integrations
INTELLO is not responsible for service interruptions or policy changes from third-party providers.
11. Service Availability
While INTELLO aims to maintain reliable service availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The company is not liable for:
• Temporary downtime
• Maintenance interruptions
• External service failures
• Internet connectivity issues
12. Limitation of Liability
INTELLO Solutions SPC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the previous subscription period.
13. Termination
INTELLO may suspend or terminate services if:
• Users violate these Terms
• Payments are overdue
• Services are used for illegal purposes
Users may terminate their subscription at any time by contacting the company.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
15. Changes to Terms
INTELLO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
Continued use of the services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
